Welcome to The Sunday Avenue! For a better shopping experience, it is recommended for you to read and understand our terms & conditions before you make any purchase(s). Your continued use and purchase with The Sunday Avenue at www.thesundayavenue.com constitutes your agreement to our terms & conditions.

 

1. GENERAL

a. Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

b. For all sales enquiry, kindly email us at sales@thesundayavenue.com with your order number.

c. All transactions (emails and order processing/ verifications) will be attended to within 1-2 working days.

d. The Sunday Avenue reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without any prior notice.

 

2. GENERAL PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

a. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes/quantity before checking out.

The Sunday Avenue will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.

b. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated. Please note orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in delayed delivery or re-delivery.

c. Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.

d. Mailing days are working days that is Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

e. All delivery lead times are an estimate and they do not include internal order processing time of 1-2 working days.

f. All orders are shipped out according to order number, there will be not be any combined orders.

g. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Singapore Dollars. All payments have to be made in Singapore Dollars. Pricing is fixed and non-negotiable unless there are on-going promotional discount or sale.

h. All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.

i. No reservations are allowed for any items on the website. 

j. We reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s). 

 

3. BOUNCED ORDERS

a. Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced orders bearing their name.

b. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. The Sunday Avenue will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.

c. The Sunday Avenue reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back orders with any new orders.

d. Any unclaimed bounced back orders after 90 days grace period will be forfeited.

e. All unclaimed orders will be kept in record/ storage for up to 90 days from the date of the first re-delivery email to the customer. All unclaimed orders thereafter will be donated away and the order will not be honored.

 

4. PRODUCTS & COLORS

a. Kindly note all measurements may differ by about 0.5”-0.75” due to mass production for products listed on the website. The Sunday Avenue will make our best possible effort to provide the most accurate measurements. The variation stated above does not constitute as a manufacturing defect.

b. Best effort will be given to display the color(s) of the products listed on the website. However, as the actual color is highly dependent on the resolution of individual’s monitor or smart devices, The Sunday Avenue cannot guarantee that display of any color will be as accurate as what we presented. Please exercise individual’s discretion before making any purchase(s).

c. All measurements are taken when products are laid flat. Please exercise individual’s discretion and due diligence before making any purchase(s). You may refer to individual product description for size chart.

d. Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.

 

5. BACKORDERS

a. Backorders are opened for sold out items and are available during the stipulated timeframe only.

b. Estimated time of arrival (ETA) for backorder products are provided in individual item link. Please note any ETA provided is an estimation.

c. A full refund/cancellation for any ongoing backorder at any point will not be accepted. Always ensure you are comfortable with the waiting time before making any purchase(s).

d. Backorders are subjected to delays/cancellations that are beyond The Sunday Avenue’s control. Cancellation or refund of backorders are not applicable if the product's arrival is delayed.

e. All backorders will be dispatch within 5 working days after its arrival.

f. For orders containing backorders and in stock product, kindly note products would only be dispatch after all the products are available and/or have arrived, unless you have opted for the backorder product to be shipped separately from the in stock item upon checkout.

g. Shortage in quantity may occur for backorders and The Sunday Avenue reserved the rights to cancel your order after the shortage has been made known to you. In the event of a cancellation of backorder due to the above reason, a full refund will be given.

h. Do kindly refer to the item link for backorder updates. No emails will be sent for such updates unless otherwise stated.

 

6. DISCOUNT CODE

a. If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. You will not be able to apply the discount code after the order is placed.

b. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.

c. Discount codes may or may not be applicable for items under the Sale Section unless otherwise stated.

d. Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date and are strictly non-extensible. This will be informed accordingly.

e. Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.

f. Only one discount code can be applied each time for each order placement.

 

7. PAYMENT

We accept payments via PayPal and this includes all credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and many other major credit/debit card payments online), as well as PayPal registered accounts.

a. For payments via PayPal, payment has to be made instantly. Please ensure that you reach the PayPal payment gateway page via The Sunday Avenue website to ensure that your payment is received and updated successfully in our system. Payments made via a new browser will not be synced to our server, and that will mean your order status will not be updated automatically.

b. PayPal account set-up is free and can be done via PayPal website at www.paypal.com

c. All cancelled orders cannot be reversed.

d. Request for cancellation of order will be declined if any form of payment has been made.

 

8. GENERAL EXCHANGE & REFUND

a. Kindly make sure that you have chose the correct design, size and colour before proceed to check out. It is advisable for customers to check through all products immediately upon receiving your parcel from The Sunday Avenue.

b. We accept exchanges/ returns for regular-priced items. Do note orders made are non-cancellable.

c. Write in and email to sales@thesundayavenue.com within 2 working days upon receiving the parcel.

d. All exchanges/ returns have to be done within 5 working days after an email has been sent on the exchange/ return procedure. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained. The Sunday Avenue reserves the right to ignore any returns request after the stipulated time frame.

e. Please wait for confirmation from us before sending the item back to us.

f. All return items must be in its original condition, with the original packaging, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact for the exchange. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly. Customers will be required to top up the delivery charges for mailing back of the parcel.

g. All return items have to be mailed back via a trackable postage mode only. Provide us with the tracking number upon dispatch. 

h. The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our office.

i. Returns will be issued store credit within 7 working days upon receiving the parcel.

j. Store credit has an expiry period of 3 months, and do not cover shipping fees. Store credit is valid for new arrivals only and cannot be used in conjunction with promotional/discount codes.

k. A default $2 will be deducted from the store credit provided as administration fee (transaction and restocking) incurred at our end. 

l. Order(s) with discount(s), sale item(s) or non-clothing items such as accessories and bags does not qualify for returns, exchange and refunds. Orders made with any store credits are also not allowed for returns.

m. Store credit is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be extended past its expiry.

n. If you are not able to comply with the above requirements, The Sunday Avenue reserves the right to refuse the exchange.

 

9. MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR INCORRECT ITEM SENT

a. The Sunday Avenue sincerely apologise for any defects in the items sent, or any incorrect items sent.

b. Write in and email to sales@thesundayavenue.com within 2 working days upon receiving the parcel. The email must be accompanied with a snapshot of the defected item/ incorrect item that was sent.

c. All returns have to be done within working days after an email has been sent on the return/exchange procedure. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained. The Sunday Avenue reserves the right to ignore any returns request after the stipulated time frame.

d. Please wait for confirmation from us before sending the item back to us.

e. All return items must be returned in its original condition, with the original packaging, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact for the exchange. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly. Customers will be required to top up the delivery charges for mailing back of the parcel.

f. All return items have to be mailed back via a trackable postage mode only. Provide us with the tracking number upon dispatch. We will only mail out the replacement item upon receiving the return item.

g. We will mail out the replacement item via your initial order shipping option.

h. The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our office.

i. Please note that the item can only be replaced for the same product and in the same size, subject to availability.

j. In the event that the item is not available for exchange, customer may be requested to opt for another product as replacement (top up will be required if a high value item is chosen). No refunds will be made if there are extra value.

k. Order(s) with discount(s) or sale item(s) does not qualify for returns, exchange and refunds.

l. If you are not able to comply with the above requirements, The Sunday Avenue reserves the right to refuse the exchange.

 

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT

a. The pictures, contents, prices and descriptions etc are property of The Sunday Avenue.

b. The Sunday Avenue reserves the right to to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions without any prior notice. In the event of any dispute, The Sunday Avenue reserves the right of final decision.
