GENERAL RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND
a. We accept returns for regular-priced items. Do note orders made are non-cancellable.
b. We do not provide 1-1 size or item exchange for all returns/exchanges. We will provide a one-time credit refund less $2 (administration fee) (valid for 3 months) to you for your next purchase upon receiving the exchange pieces.
c. It is advisable for customers to check through all products immediately upon receiving your parcel from The Sunday Avenue.
d. Write in and email to sales@thesundayavenue.com within 2 working days upon receiving the parcel.
e. Please wait for confirmation from us before sending the item back to us.
f. All return items must be in its original condition, with the original packaging, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact for the exchange. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly. Customers will be required to top up the delivery charges for mailing back of the parcel.
g. All return items have to be mailed back via a trackable postage mode only. Provide us with the tracking number upon dispatch.
h. The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our office.
i. Returns will be issued store credit within 7 working days upon receiving the parcel.
j. Store credit has an expiry period of 3 months, and does not cover shipping fees. Store credit is valid for all items storewide (including sales items).
k. Store credit can only be used once, not stackable and any excess amount will not be refunded.
l. Orders placed using a return store credit are not applicable for another return.
m. Store credit cannot be used in conjunction with promotional/discount codes.
n. A default $2 will be deducted from the store credit provided as administration fee (transaction and handling) incurred at our end.
o. Order(s) with discount(s), sale item(s) or non-clothing items such as accessories and bags do not qualify for returns, exchange and refunds. Orders made with any store credits are also not allowed for further returns.
p. Store credit is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be extended past its expiry.
q. If you are not able to comply with the above requirements, The Sunday Avenue reserves the right to refuse the return.
MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR INCORRECT ITEM SENT
a. The Sunday Avenue sincerely apologizes for any defects in the items sent, or any incorrect items sent.
b. Write in an email to sales@thesundayavenue.com within 2 working days upon receiving the parcel. The email must be accompanied with a snapshot of the defected item/ incorrect item that was sent.
c. Please wait for confirmation from us before sending the item back to us. We will advise the return procedure via email.
d. We will mail out the replacement item and all transaction fees will be borne by us.
e. Please note that the item can only be replaced for the same product and in the same size, subject to availability.
f. In the event that the item is not available for exchange, customer may be requested to opt for another product as replacement (top up will be required if a high value item is chosen). No refunds will be made if there is extra value. Otherwise, a full refund of the item will be provided.
g. Order(s) with discount(s) or sale item(s) does not qualify for returns, exchange and refunds.
h. If you are not able to comply with the above requirements, The Sunday Avenue reserves the right to refuse the exchange.
