How To Order?

Step 1: Sign in your account if you are a returning customer. Otherwise, you would have to create a new account. 

Step 2: Add item(s) of choice to your cart. Choose your preferred size, colour (if any) and quantity.

Step 3: Head to checkout when you are ready.

Step 4: Fill in your personal information, full and complete delivery information, billing information and indicate your shipping preferences.

Step 5: Review your order and submit your order when you are ready. A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after payment is made.

Shipping Details

a. All parcels are dispatched locally via private courier UrbanFox, J&T Express. All international deliveries are via J&T Express.

b. An additional subsidized standard shipping and handling fee of S$3.00 will be charged per parcel regardless of the amount of items. 

c. Local delivery period is estimated to be within 1-3 working days after dispatch from our warehouse. International shipping to Malaysia takes about 10-15 working days, excluding customs checking or other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control.

d. Tracking number will be provided for all orders. To track your parcel, simply log on to https://www.urbanfox.asia/courier-tracking/tracking/ OR https://www.jtexpress.sg/trackmyparcel

f. Please take note that delivery lead times are an estimate and they do not include internal order processing time of 1-2 working days.

g. Courier deliveries timing are 9am to 10pm, from Monday to Saturday. Should there be a failed delivery, customer can reschedule another delivery slot with the courier company. After 2 failed attempts of delivery, the parcel will be returned to us, and customer will be charged for a re-delivery. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer by us.

h. By choosing any of the above shipping method, you must read the respective shipping method and/or shipping carrier's terms and conditions of service.

i. Enjoy our complimentary delivery (to 1 single mailing address) with every purchase of $90 in a single order.

j. The above promotion is only valid for full priced items.
